6. Subscription & Refund Policy
We use Paddle, Helio and MoonPay as our payment and subscription management provider. Please read the following points carefully before subscribing:
- All premium purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Paddle.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or the subscription management link provided in your receipt.
- To be eligible for a full refund, your request must be made within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
- Refunds are only possible for subscriptions purchased via Paddle. We cannot process refunds for payments made with other providers or cryptocurrencies.
- After 48 hours, refunds are not guaranteed and may only be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases.
- When you cancel your subscription, premium access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
- Renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
